Usha Classic supplies packaged drinking water to offices, hotels, caterers, events and retailers. We blow our own PET bottles and fill them on the same line, so every batch is traceable from bottle to delivery.

How every bottle is made
Purification, bottle making, filling and testing all happen under one roof. Every batch is tested before it leaves the plant.
Multi-stage purification
Multi-stage filtration followed by UV sterilisation removes impurities and makes the water safe to drink.
In-house bottle making
We make our own food-grade PET bottles on the same site, so empty bottles never sit in open storage.
Automatic fill and cap
Bottles are rinsed, filled and sealed on a closed automatic line, so the water is never touched by hand.
Batch testing
Samples from every batch are checked in our lab before dispatch. Test reports are available on request.
